Poplar Point
Poplar Point contains 3 2Bedroom units and 9
3bedroom units. Each has hardwood floors in
the living/dining area, tile kitchen with
refrigerator, dw, stove, exhaust fan, and
washer/dryer. Each bedroom is carpeted. All
utilities are included. There is an
allowance on water/sewer, and power.
Internet, cable, snow removal, and trash
pickup are included in utilities.
